Refunds, Dispatch & Deliveries Policies

  • To the best of our ability we will deliver your order in full. 
  • If we are unable to supply certain items you will be refunded in full for the items we cannot supply and we will advise you of any shortages and refunds. 
  • Orders will be taken until stock runs out or we need to pack and deliver. 
  • Delivery days will be Fridays, unless otherwise specified. 
  • We will contact you prior to delivery to confirm we are on the way so your produce isn’t exposed to the elements. 
  • Please be very specific in the notes of your address and delivery details to say exactly where you want your box to be left by delivery drivers. They are unlikely to know you or your property and could be delivering in the dark so please help us here with as much detail as possible. 
  • Refunds are not available except where products ordered are not available. 
  • Delivery fee is built into the price of the box you select and there is no additional fees for additional items.
